Your use of this site indicates that you accept and agree to abide by all the terms and conditions. The Site is available only for your personal use.

GRIPSKI LLC.® reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason. At this time we are only shipping to USA. Purchase requests to addresses outside the United States cannot be filled without prior approval by GRIPSKI LLC.®. Purchases from Canada and UK must be paid from a paypal verified account and must be shipped to a confirmed address. Any orders placed outside the 48 states within the USA are insured up to the allowable amount by the USPS. Should an order be lost, GRIPSKI LLC.® will reimburse the amount refundable by the USPS up to the insured amount, but it might be less depending on country being sent to. Please note this may be less than amount of purchase. It is up to the buyer to understand what their reimbursable amount is unless it is shipped by UPS or DHL at the buyers expense.

All of GRIPSKI LLC.® products are guaranteed against manufacturer defects for 30 days from date of purchase. All products may be returned to GRIPSKI LLC.® for a refund within 30 days of invoice if there is a manufacturer defect. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RAN#). All returns must pre-approved and shipped by a trackable and insurable shipping method. All refunds for non-defective items exclude shipping and handling charges and will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Credits will be issued within 2 weeks after the item has been inspected and returned to GRIPSKI LLC.®.

PRODUCT AND PRICING INFORMATION

Although GRIPSKI LLC.® has made every effort to display the products and their colors as accurately as possible GRIPSKI LLC.® cannot guarantee that the user's monitor will accurately portray the actual colors of the products. Products displayed may be out-of-stock or discontinued, and prices in U.S. dollars are subject to change. GRIPSKI LLC.® is not responsible for typographical errors regarding price or any other matter. Purchases are subject to applicable taxes to be paid by the purchaser, and do not include shipping and handling.

Skateboarding and Skating as well as Bicycling are known as hazardous sports, by purchasing from this site or from one of our retailers you accept all liability and responsibility for any injury or property damage that may result from use of the GRIPSKI LLC// Extreme Skate Devices or any other products sold on this site. We recommend that you always wear safety gear.

The use of the term "GRIPSKI" or "GRAB IT" associated with Tow Devices intended to pull Skateboarders,Skaters or Bicycles, specifically with retractable ropes with handles mounted to a bicycle in any way is an infringement on our Trademark and Patent and will be dealt with to the fullest extent of the law. It’s brand logo, are the sole property of GRIPSKI LLC®. They may not be copied, downloaded or redistributed. GRIPSKI LLC® owns all of this site, and it is the seller of all merchandise purchased through this site GRIPSKI LLC® owns or has rights to all of the content of the site including icons, characters, artwork, images, graphics, music, software and all code. The Content and Code of the Sites are protected by copyright. Hard copies of the web pages may be printed with respect to products offered and orders placed. All other use is prohibited without the prior written agreement of GRIPSKI LLC®. You may not use the Content or Code from the Site for any purpose other than those set forth above.
